As before, we also offer a wide range of disposal options for self-delivery. With the certification as a specialized waste management company in 2000 (according to the Ordinance on Specialized Waste Management Companies, EfbV), Kockmann GmbH acquired a seal of quality according to a uniform national procedure, which ensures the quality and traceability of the selected waste management methods.
Our recycling center in Steinfurt is subject to and, of course, complies with the rules of the German Federal Immission Control Act, according to which the operator must prevent or reduce damage to the environment and people caused by emissions from his facility by appropriate means. Professional competence, reliability and traceable processes are our claim when collecting, transporting, storing, treating, recycling or disposing of waste. Waste is separated and recycled in the best possible way and only then disposed of. This is done in accordance with the legal requirements of the Closed Substance Cycle and Waste Management Act.
Our recycling center consists of a paved area with bulk lanes and containers set up for separate collection. The main waste fractions accepted here are bulky waste, scrap wood, scrap metal, green waste, construction waste, electrical appliances, cardboard and waste paper, etc. Some types of waste are free of charge and can be disposed of at the recycling center.
Some types of waste are free of charge and for some fees or charges are levied in accordance with the requirements of the EGST and the district of Steinfurt. We do our own dismantling, shredding, crushing and sorting. The waste is reused elsewhere or new products are obtained through recycling.
